The Speaker granted the limited powers of free conference as requested. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate message granting the Senate committee members limited powers of free conference appears on page 4633 of the Senate Journal. The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering CSHJR 43(FIN) and SCS CSHJR 43(JUD) recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 43 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the rights of victims of crimes and to criminal administration.
